When Samrat was about to shoot her she just let him talk and talk about how she was carrying Ishan's baby and she never said anything despite there being a gun pointed at her!!!

At the hospital, when Samrat visited with a bouquet of flowers, Urmi as well as everybody else was just letting Samrat ramble on and on about the illegitimacy of the child without saying anything to him. Urmi had that stupid teary blank look that made me want to hurl my chocolate chip cookies at the screen!!!

I just don't get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRrr

Thanx, I needed the venting because nobody else in my environment watches DAK. I am a Canadian resident of Italian origin who is addicted to Indian soaps!

I feel the same way. I was so annoyed with her. Even at the hospital was the best place to throw it in his face that he killed his own child.

I am proud of her that she finally took the step to leave Samrat and stick with her choice. I had expected she would take awhile to get stronger and leave him, but I had also hoped that her dialogues and steps to make Samrat pay for his sins would have been more vigilant.

She took so long to go to the police after she moved out, she should have been doing so since he started harassing her.

how can they show a man attacking a woman and causing her to miscarriage with intention not have any ramifications? Why wasn't this reported? If this show is trying to show reality they aren't. Seriously in India the law thinks that a man causing harm to a woman so she can have a miscarriage isn't a crime? I know its a show but if they are portraying reality than show the consequences of his heinous actions.

I agree.

Urmi's silence & slow response is one of the reasons why things have gone from bad to worse for her. But I guess the writers wanted to show the miscarriage & for Samrat to be under the wrong impression. So they kept Urmi quiet. But still...it's silly.

I know exactly what you mean. i'm Bermudian and no one I know watches Zeetv, the Indian population is small here so have no one to share my frustrations. i've noticed in quite a few shows the people especially women act like that, Ugh!!!
