I have stopped watching KY2 just for a week after the wannabe bahu sacrifice of Manik. And today when I visited the forum for Iptisha's birthday thread, HOLA! 3 shocking good news awaited me!
1. Truth out (thankfully not dragged for months and years)
2. Nandu's second punch to Monster Manik.. erase that.. Messaiah Manik.
3. Most shockingly pleasant - Dhruv-Alya Kiss!
So having watching all the episodes of KY2 (except last week), I clearly remember Manik had 10 failed attempts to kiss Nandu.. And yeh kya? Dhruv ne bas ek hi baar mein kar diya? And correct me if I'm wrong - I felt DhruLya kiss was longer (though it is a cheated kiss)
My reaction-1:- Wah mere chhupe rustum.. Baap ek numberi toh beta dus numberi??!!
And then when Nandu comes crying and hugs him, he hold's Alya's hand in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai style, I felt he for the first time in the show took decision FOR HIMSELF.
My reaction-2:- Bachcha Badaa ho gaya!
If you look that the beauty of this scene, you'll understand why SRK's movies are epic.
However since I'm little pessimistic about Indian TV soaps, my concerns rise watching the last scene - when Dhruv left Alya's hand only when he saw Manik. Now since I'm aware that Mr.Cotton Candy doesn't know about MaNan, will he hesitate getting close to Manik's ex Alya? Sacrifice track part-2 may be on it's way since Dhruv and Manik are birds of same feather? Please koi DhruLya ko jaldi se MaNan ke baare mein bataado so that we are spared with another dukhiyaari bahu in making.
P.S: Hail Nandini Murthy! When Manik started his sacrifice nonsense I felt she is better off with Dhruv or Harshad or even Shahid because this Messaiah doesn't deserve her. But today I realize how wrong was I, she knows how to fight but she even knows how to forgive. I think she should give Manik a chance since he is regretting big time.
P.P.S: Happy Birthday Iptisha. Had it not been your bday thread I wouldnt have known that my fav show is back with bang!
