After Urmi left Rathor house with Shaurya & went to her maternal home , Kanchan had sent Mandira's Rakhi to Shaurya by the hand of a driver . Gaurav sent that rakhi back (without the knowledge of Urmi) . And when that driver came back & reported this to Sashi , as usual Sashi twisted the story & made the driver tell Kanchan that Urmi herself had sent that Rakhi back & said many nasty things about Kanchan & Diwakar 🥱

Kanchan , being an utter fool , believed that & since then became anti Urmi😳.

Kachan is very fickle-minded. She has a loyalty towards Samrat as a bhabi and hence won't disclose his truth to Radha. She doesn't realize sometimes u have to go against your family members to stand with what's right.
