This lady's character is shown to be an intelligent professor. so one has to assume there is some basic common sense involved in her thinking.

When a person knows openly that all the people ( Abhi/ Tanu/Mithali ani Taiji) do not want her to stay in a mehra house and some unexplained situations where you get blamed and true colors of people in the house( Aliya's/Tanu's open insults, Tanu's stealing of proof in rescueing Abhi from corporator case,Mitali admitting behind MMS drama later insulting pragya along with tanu and then going against her stand, abhi's cut guitar strings i think are good enough situation to make person think that these people are no angels and you have to be very careful when living in such house. so how come a person casually keeps the cd ( without any back up) below their pillow with bedroom door open and sleeps. do such leads potrayals ( shown without any reasoning/ common sense) in these serials can really garner highest trp's? Why show the lead to be intelligent and well versed in all things to begin with then ( singing, coming up with lyrics, cooking, handing finances well and use of brain helping out in rachana situation, getting a confession from corporator, always coming up with lies quickly to deceive your mom/ abhi's dadi to put a facade of happy relationship)
