If you ever come back
Zain was waiting for Aliya so that they can proceed for their journey but somewhere this journey is destined to be their last journey together.
Zain-MEZ why are you so late? You know that this journey will be our most memorable journey, which you would have never imagined. (Cupping her face)
Aliya-(with a gloomy face) Yeah Zain, this might be our last journey together. I want to make this journey the best gift of my life.
Zain-why are you saying such things? We have a long way to travel; there are many more journeys to come. You are behaving this way since morning. What is wrong with you?
Aliya-Nothing, we should leave for lonavala or we'll be late. (In her mind)Zain I want to be with you for my entire life and want to embrace you my whole life.
Zain and Aliya were on the way to lonavala. Aliya was sitting lifeless as if something was disturbing her from inside while Zain was confused as well as concerned seeing her like this.
Zain-Aliya are you fine .We can cancel this trip and we can plan it for some other day.
Aliya-No Zain I am fine. (Putting up a fake smile) forget about that tell me when we would reach. I have planned a surprise for you. (In her mind) probably the last one.
Zain and Aliya reached there in the hotel. Zain was all excited for the surprise, which Aliya had planned for him.
Zain enters the venue where Aliya has invited him.
Zain-Where are you Aliya? I am waiting for you and your surprise.
Aliya came in wearing a red saree; she was looking gorgeous with those two beautiful eyes staring at Zain.
Zain-(Zain was enthralled by her beauty) you are the most gorgeous person on earth; I think today I'll get the most memorable gift of my life.
Aliya was lost in her thoughts and spoke spontaneously without giving it a thought.
Aliya-I just want to embrace you. I want to spend this night with you; I want to feel each second with you.
Zain-You are acting weird, we are together for the rest of our life. No one can make us apart.
Zain and Aliya were on the bed with Aliya resting her head on Zain's chest.
Aliya-If some day anything happens to me or I am not there for you. You promise me you will live your life as you used to live with me and enjoy every moment.
Zain-(angrily) Aliya please stop. You are not leaving me and going anywhere. We have to do many things together and please never utter such words again or I will kill you.
Aliya-Okay baba sorry but you know life, life always have something else stored for us and we should accept it whole-heartedly.
Zain and Aliya spent the whole night talking with each other. Zain was so exhausted that he slept holding Aliya's hand tightly.
In the morning, Aliya woke up as the sun rays falls on Aliya's face. She carefully freed her hand from Zain's hold.
She kept a note on Zain's Side.
Aliya-I am sorry Zain but I have to do this (with tears brimming in her eyes)
Zain woke up and was worried, as he could not see Aliya anywhere. He saw the note on the floor he picked it up.
Aliya's note
I knew you will be worried about me, I know there are many questions, which has surrounded you but all those question have only one answer. Kitkit you have to read it calmly and please do not panic. I want to tell you something about me, Zain I am suffering from brain tumor and my survival rate are very less almost negligible. (Zain loses his balance and falls down on his knees)I know I hide it from you but I really do not want you to see me suffering from this. I very well know this will be more painful to you than me so as I told you, you'll never try to find me and please don't change yourself at least for me, this would be the best gift for me.
Two years later
Zain was playing with the orphan kids and he is the owner of orphanage. He named it MKB.
Zain came in his room and stood before Aliya's photo.
Zain-Aliya you misjudged me, how could you do this to me? You thought that your kitkit will become weak seeing you but you never thought that you killed your kitkit that day itself. You promised me that we will be with each other until our last breath but you broke it. I am still waiting for you and somewhere in my heart; I know you will come back. I have not broken my promise in the hope that someday you will realize that you are killing your kitkit every second.
I am still waiting for my love if you ever come back.
