MY health has not been very good these past few weeks, so that has made it very difficult to update. However, I am getting better, and I have the next installment ready for all of you. I am really sorry for making all of you wait for such a long time. from the bottom of my heart want to say thank you to each and everyone of you that have stuck by me. I appreciate the support, you all have made me a better writer. all the comments( both positives and criticism) has helped improve my writing so a huge THANK YOU!šā¤ļø. This part was pictured a little differently in my head but, got penned down a different way. I have probably one more part in this series of shots. but I have begun my next "Shot series". Anyway, this part is dedicated to ALL of my readers! I love you guys so so so very muchš¤.
Heer stood by the front door of the lobby waiting for Prem and Veera. The lightening moved on into the distance. However, it was still pouring outside. Heer could tell that some parts of the city were still without power. The hotel had grown quiet and was less crowded.
Heer was thankful that Prem was giving Veera a ride home too. At least she wouldn't be alone in the car with him. After the little event in the elevator, Heer didn't know how she'd face him without blushing.
Just then she heard strong footsteps approaching her. She knew right away who it was. Knowing very well Veera would be right behind him, she tried to put on her straight face as she turned. Her eyes momentarily looked past Prem searching for Veera.
"Veera said she was getting a ride with her friend," Prem explained
"Oh," Heer said. Alone in a car with him? Oh boy. Relax Heer, it's not like this is the first time you're going to be alone with him. He's given you a ride home many times. Relax its nothing,' her mind rationalized.
Relax my ass,' the other part of Heer's mind countered back. He's the guy that you're insanely attracted to. Not to mention, he's also your boss. Oh and you just had a veeery steamy make out session with him... in the elevator!'
Unconsciously, Heer blushed. "Am I seeing a blush Miss. Mann?" Prem asked teasingly.
Snapping out of her thoughts she pushed him gently, "shut up."
Prem laughed, "Let's get you home, Shall we?"

It had stopped raining by Heer's apartment. Yet, he ominous clouds still hung in the dark night.
"Thanks for the ride," Heer said smiling.
"Anytime Princess," he got out of the car and went around the other side to open her door. "Ma'am."
Heer laughed, "Such a gentleman."
"My mother didn't raise a fool," he held Heer's hand as she got out of the car. He walked her to the apartment door.
"Would you like to come in?"
Prem smiled and tucked a lock of hair behind Heer's ear. "I think I should go. It'll probably be the best for the both of us right now."
Heer blushed again, "okay, well good night." She turned away opening the door.
"Heer," Prem called out. "Is that anyway to wish your boyfriend goodnight?" he asked naughtily.
"Wha-?"
Prem pulled her close and planted his lips on Heer's soft lips. It was like a current went through Prem, when Heer buried her hands in his hair. Heer moved in closer to her and slightly moaned in delight, as their lip lock turned into fire.
Heer made a sour face as Prem pulled away too soon for her liking.
Breathless, "actually coffee sounds pretty good right now," Prem commented.

"You're sure you don't need any help in the kitchen? No spiders to deal with?" Prem trailed on.
Heer set her things by the door, "I think I'll be fine." She walked away to kitchen.
Prem took off his coat and hung it on the coat rack. He rolled his shirt to his elbows and ran a hand through his slightly damp hair. Smiling to himself he sat on the sofa. The events of the evening made him a very happy man.
Soon Heer came out with a tray of coffee and set it on the coffee table. "What are you thinking about?"
"You," Prem replied huskily.
"Stop saying things like that," Heer said softly blushing. She wasn't used to this feeling, it was foreign to her.
"Kyun? I enjoy your coy side."
"Prem..." she warned.
"Heer..." he mocked back.
"Shut up."
"Make me."
"Don't tempt me."
"Try to stop me."
Their eyes locked. Neither breaking contact, challenging each other silently.
It began raining again. Heer's balcony door was slightly open. Reluctantly, she tore away from Prem's gaze to close the door shut.
The door itself was a little faulty. In order for it close, you had to slide open the whole door before closing it. So Heer slid it open all the way but, she didn't close it. Instead she raised one hand out into the rain feeling it. Just then her mind came with an idea.
"Prem could you come here for a moment?" She asked innocently.
"What's wrong?" he asked standing behind her.
Stifling a small laugh, "...nothing!" she quickly threw some of the water she had caught in her hand at his face.
That caught Prem off guard, yet he managed to grab a hold of Heer's wrist and pin her to the wall beside the balcony. "Tsk tsk Heer.." Prem joked.
Heer was still laughing, "The look on your face was priceless!"
Prem smiled inwardly, he loved her laughter. But, no one surprises Prem Juneja. He let go of Heer's wrists. He placed his hands on either side of her head, caging her in. Heer continued to laugh, as Prem brought his face closer to hers.
Heer's laughter ceased as she felt his nose rubbed against her cheek. Her breathing became slightly shallow, "what are you doing?"
"Trying to get your attention."
Letting out a shaky breath, "you have my full and undivided attention."
"Good," Prem moved back to look at her. So much had changed within the last 3 days, it was unbelievable. "You are beautiful, you know." He trailed a finger from her forehead to her jaw. He leaned in placed a soft kiss on her forehead.
For the second time that night Heer scrunched her face because Prem leaned away from her. She grabbed on to his shirt gently and tugged him back. "You have my full attention, and you're turning away from me?"
Prem gave her a smile, "Actually, I think I've had your attention for quite a while now."
"Don't flatter yourself Mr. Juneja," Heer countered back.
"I don't have to...Miss. Mann," Prem winked.
They both walked back to the sofa where, Prem picked up his things and wore his jacket again.
"You're going? It's still raining outside. Stay until the rain eases up a little." Heer offered.
"If I didn't know better, I'd say you were making excuses to keep me here longer," Prem smiled naughtily.
Heer felt her cheeks heat up. "Tha- that was not what I meant."
Prem fought back a smile, "uh huh. Keep telling yourself that. Whatever helps you sleep at night."
"Shut up."
"As I said before Miss. Mann...make me," he said turning around to face her.
"Maybe one day I will."
"In that case... I'll wait for that day." Prem was just about to turn the handle of the door when Heer's voice stopped him.
"Is that anyway to wish your girlfriend good night'?" she asked mocking his earlier quote with a smile.
Prem smiled to himself before turning to face her, "how would you have me wish my girlfriend goodnight'?"
"Well for starters, saying good night' would be good," she said causally walking up to him. "Personally," she started, "I would prefer something like this." On her tippy toes, she leaned in and touched Prem's lips with her own. It was a slow and sensuous kiss. A kiss that Prem let Heer control. Their lips moved in perfect sync with each other.
To Prem the pace of the kiss was no less than antagonizing. He loved it. It stretched out the moment between them. It was a moment that neither of them wanted to end.
Heer brought her arms around Prem's neck and buried her hands in his hair. She loved the feeling of his hair. She sighed into Prem's mouth and Prem snaked his hand around her waist. Eventually when the kiss broke naturally, they were both in a daze.
"IF you kiss me like that again tonight, I may not leave." Prem's words made Heer blush. "But, alas, life has other plans for us." He leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on Heer's cheek. "Goodnight"
Heer gave him a smile, "Good night."
With that Prem left her apartment. Heer ran over to the window to see him. She felt like a school girl crushing on someone. She just couldn't believe what happened tonight. It all seemed so unreal. Prem looked up before getting into his car and waved. Heer waved back.

Getting into bed that night for Heer wasn't hard. She was tired after the days events. Mostly, Heer couldn't believe she was going out with Mr.Sexy now. She reached for phone. She debated whether she should message Prem. one message won't hurt right?' she reasoned with herself.
Princess: Home safely?
Mr.Sexy: yup, got in a few mins ago.
Princess: great. Well good night :)
Mr.Sexy: where did you learn to kiss like that?
Heer blushed with embarrassment.
Mr.Sexy: don't get me wrong. That was mindblowing.
Princess: lol.. well a girls got to know her preferences right? :P
Prem chuckled to himself
Mr.Sexy: you are right. I definitely enjoyed that. ;)
Princess: I did too. :$
Mr.Sexy: I'll pick you up for lunch tomorrow.
Princess: is that an order or a request?
Mr. Sexy: unfortunately it's not what your think it is.
Princess: what do you mean?
Mr. Sexy: remember that meeting we had scheduled with the Carter industries? It's tomorrow over lunch. :/
Heer felt incredibly silly. Heer you're an idiot'.
Princess: Oh, well crap. I kinda forgot about that. Good thing you reminded me
Mr. Sexy: hmm. But don't worry. I'll take you out for our first official date soon. That's a promise.
Princess: I will hold you to it Mr. Juneja
Mr. Sexy: That's Mr. Sexy to you ;)
Princess: lol Goodnight Prem.
Prem smiled at his phone imagining the amused expression on her face.
Mr. Sexy: Good night Princess
