Alvira reaches the outhouse, says Nausheen doesn't take her for a true friend and asks Nausheen to prove their friendship. She wants Nausheen and family to move into their house, basically she is emotionally blackmailing Nausheen saying if she denies she shouldn't call herself Alvira's friend.
Sahir in his room, Rehman calls him on his mobile. Rehman says he has a bad news for sahir, the financial partner has backed out of the project, hence they will have to delay the project. But Sahir is adamant that they can't delay the project and they will have to find another investor as he want to make Saiyara a 1000 Cr value company, he further says he will make it possible at any cost. He remembers Zeenat's words about Business not being his cup of tea, gets angry and throws a vase thus breaking it, Arzoo who is at the doorstep, witnesses this.
Arzoo asks Sahir if she may come inside to which Sahir questions her why does she has to come everywhere? Arzoo replies she has brought some medicines for his wounds. Sahir angrily walks towards her, asks how did she come to know about his wounds. Arzoo struggles to reply. He tells she doesn't have to worry about him and aks her to stop interfering in his life. He further asks her to go away, She keeps the medicines on his tables and leave.
Back to outhouse, Alvira again persuading Nausheen to move into their house, Myra and Zara are happy that they get to live in the Niyamat house. Alvira tries to get Nausheen's sympathy by saying she is lonely in her own house, Nausheen reluctantly agrees, still wants to have a word with Arzoo. Arzoo from behind says ' we wont live in this house '. Everyone shocked. Alvira asks if someone told her something ? Arzoo remembers Sahirs words, but doesn't say anything about it to Alvira. Arzoo say they will take a house for rent and move out of the outhouse, to which Alvira asks her to think again.
Back in Niyamat house. Kurti apa taunts Alvira about stooping so low only to get Arzoo in the house, she further warns Alvira that once Anam will be back, they ( KA and Anam ) will make sure she fails in her plans.
Arzoo sitting outside the outhouse, wonders what's happening in her life , remembers Sahir's contrasting behaviour. She wants to call Sahir and tell him that she is going away, but remembers she left her mobile in Sahir's house.
In Niyamat house, KA is talking to Anam and sees Arzoo coming. She warns Arzoo to stay away from sahir and not to take advantage of Alvira-Nausheen friendship, almost insults her about trying to get close to Sahir. Arzoo replies they are moving out of their household , KA becomes happy. KA again taunts Alvira over her failed plans.
In Sahir's room, he tries to put the ointment on his wounds, Arzoo comes to his room to take her mobile and sees the marks on Sahir's back. Seeing him struggling with pain, she puts her hands on his back, Sahir turns and reminds her to stay away. Arzoo asks him to stop, scolds him to stay calm. She further adds she won't ask him anything about the wounds, and she is just putting ointment not poison. A very beautiful sequence follows with Humsafars title song on background, with Arzoo putting ointment and Sahir feels the pain, seeing him that way we see tears coming out from her eyes.
Arzoo coming out of Sahir's room wonders no one knows the real Sahir and if she moves out of the outhouse she wont be able to know him either. Alvira again tries to persuade Arzoo to stay in Niyamat house, she emotionally blackmailing her to at least think about Nausheen's health issues. Arzoo agrees to stay in Niyamat's house with them, KA isn't happy with this.
Another KA - Alvira scene, KA says Alvira is being foolish by bringing Sahir-Arzoo together, specially when Zeenat is recovering. She adds god won't forgive her this, to which Alvira replies 'anything for Sahir''.
In outhouse, Arzoo along with Zara and Nausheen is packing their back to move into the Nimayat house, Zara is so excited about living in such mansion. Zara asks why does Alvira wants them in Niyamat house as there is no long distance between both outhouse and Niyamat house? Nausheen says that, Alvira wants to re-live their friendship from Lucknow and wants their togetherness. Arzoo silently listens to this.
Next morning, Arzoo is drying her hair and water falls on sahir's face. For a second, he is memorized, Arzoo inquires about his wounds when he moves away. He stops and warns her again to stay in her limits and says he doesn't like her.
Pre-cap : Alvira wonders who will take care of Sahir as Joe is absent. Arzoo replies She will do and will become his healthbaaz.
