Ever interested in theatre,Samir Sharma worked his way up from Delhi after securing a graduate degree in Economics.He went on to working for production and management companies like Satyam before the launch of Star One landed him his first break,Dil Kya Chahta Hai.He admits to having been thoroughly dejected after auditioning for up to 30 odd ads in Bangalore!He is also bart of Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki and the two youth-oriented showsv- Left Right Left and Four.He says that he has always wanted to act and that the medium could be any.If movies were offered, he would definately be keen."Any actor who denies this would have to be lying.Working in films is always the ultimate goal,"he states,his film ambitions decidedly obvious.A true Taurean, and a foodie to boot,he enjoys cooking,wishes to travel the world and try out all the cuisines.Maybe even start his own restaurant some day!
