In Gautam's captaincy not only audience but even the contestants enjoyed .It was fun watching
them coming together again like Gautam upen n P3G.Moreover gautam was fair captain

Gautam.because he handled his captainship smoothly and fairly. Ali was stubborn at times while handling HMs and was rude and lacked logic in his arguments most of the time.

I think it's a fairly easy decision on who was the best captain,

Many are saying Gautam was the best captain, I think not for many reasons. First he unlike a good captain could neither convince nor strategize to make people work. They started working only after Salman indirectly and BB in form of task got involved. Second he chose Ali over Dimpi to save not because he was the best performer but he got trapped in so called unbiased and fair decision. So in being fair to the world he became unfair to Dimpi, the reason being Dimpi also did everything she was told now if Ali was unwell and she was not that cannot be a discredit to her. Third he got even more advantage because the task was based on him and he got to watch all the housemates without their knowledge so he got all ammunitions to control them, hence could reduce some sort of animosity. Fourth he got personal with Sonali without any reason as a captain one should not do that.
