Praneet's situation in the Bigg Boss house reminds of a story written by Salman Rushdie "My Son The Fanatic" it's about how a pakistani father eats pork and does other british stuff to get acceptance in Great Britian and he basically integrates into the new society while his son on the other hand stops his education because he gets sick of the western cultures "endless freedom", he goes against it and becomes an islamist (something which his father has tried hard his son does not become) his father calls him a fanatic and gets totally against him and at the end he beats him and basically tries to force him to not be an islamist and the story ends with the son saying to his dad "Who is the Fanatic now?"
This reminds me so much of what's happening between Praneet and Gautam!
Praneet has for some weeks now been after Gautam! Praneet thinks the way he himself is and behaves is the only right way and what ever he does is right and what ever lecture he gives must one follow! Praneet has been calling Gautam negative negative and only negative! all this started with Urvash's ranking when praneet was ranked in the end and gautam-pritam ranked at the top! other panel and guests also put gautam-pritam as their favorite and this really made Praneet jealous and frustrated! first of all he started bitching about Gautam to Pritam and made sure he totally went against Gautam! Praneet wants to be at the top with Pritam! he is trying to take Gautam down!
Praneet's strategy here is that he will shout and scream when ever he can that Gautam is negative and all problems in house is created by him and only he holds grudges and everyone else has accepted him!
In this process Praneet has not noticed that HE HAS BECOME THE NEGATIVE ONE NOT GAUTAM! Praneet is another person now after screaming negative, he screams and shouts like a maniac, he is super aggressive and even got physical! he also have commented about Gautam's professional life and even called him animal and he has totally become blind and ignores what others does because his sole purpose is to put gautam as much down as he can!
Praneet has lost himself totally! shouting and screaming about Gautam being negative has resulted in him actually becoming the negative guy just like the story which I told about before where the father who attacks the son and blame him for being a fanatic in the end himself becomes a fanatic!
This is just the start! It's better for Praneet to be out asap because he has ruined his image totally and it looks like he will soon get even more physical! I got no respect left for this pathetic ignorant guy who is full of hatred!
