However, audience see the actual action and decide. Not who said what but who did what. Despite all this, I have never seen Gautam backstab anyone in any task or any decision and that's what matters in the end

The audience see every week the same guy being nominated, same guy being sevak, same guy punished like polishing shoes, same guy being backstabbed by own friends in captaincy task. No wonder they sympathize with him.

Well the reason was him poking at everybody! Making himself the self appointed captain when people not doing their work properly, but not listening when people tell him you're not doing it right!
Eg - Gautam sayin karishma not doing her work properly. Then Pritam says, leave it, you yourself haven't started any work but poking at other's. Gautam then says - don't tell me what to do. You did see that right??

Backstabbed??? LOL, the part where he goes I have no friends n blah blah. Pritam n Praneet feel betrayed, I mean wth..they have been supporting you since long ago n even then you say all this! That was the turning point! And at the end, Pritam will say Gautam's name for captaincy anyway, like you shall see today! This is not ''Gautam says do this n that'' show!
