I think the day after the shower scene. Manik throws the pink note and goes to pick it again. He then says that "what am I thinking... I need to keep away from her"

something must have started..a tiny seed sowed when she stood up to him for the 1st time unlike others who ran away from fab5..but the day she came to his house...and he waited for her to come back for her pen..waited and waited.. till dark..and even made Cabir wait ..why this wait..?just to torture her?he did not even miss Alya his gf even once during this wait..he was just thinking about Nandu and waiting for her..man! the obsession had already begun that day..

He was always obsessed with her and knew there was something between them: he always equated it with hate. However, it happened at the store room scene, when he realised that perhaps it is not hate.

I guess from the accidental kiss a soft corner developen in his heart and then after seeing her with Dhruv but he fell for her when he started to know her closely and came to know about Rishab
