Dhruv might kiss Nando in the near future episode cause of wat aliya said to kiss her but to keep it simple kiss I might be wrong understood wat aliya ment of keeping it simple KISS

This will make manik jelous when druv tells manik his kiss with Nando even if it just a peck on cheeks or forehead or manik might see it with his own eyes

well as for now no kiss not even in future because Nandini does not love him...but

in upcoming episode when Nandini will come to know about Manik's sacrifice and jealous thing may she act to give a fake kiss to Dhruv (like it seems they are kissing but actually they did not)

so that Manik confess the truth

I don't think he will kiss..but I think he will try to kiss nandini while proposing...and manik may see it...then only Nandu will come to know abt manik's sacrifice... I don't think they will drag it that much...may be may be not
