Why didn't they disclose their plans?

Praneet , pritam and Puneet consider Gautam their friends for life or like elder brother, ok

then why in the hotel task, they did not include this very same brother in the loot and instead decide to share it with Upen. Ok you dont want gautam to be the captain, why did you tell him that next time we will make him captain and then decide something else and also decide not to tell him the same.

Why is Praneet hell bent on giving advice to Gautam, who is he to tell him anything.

When someone points finger at him, he gets angry and starts screaming but he can give advice to anyone esp Gautam.

why should praneet change Gautam, he is an individual with his own personality, either you like him and accept him as a friend or stay away from him...simple

basically Gautam is getting screwed from all sides including Dimpy who was a major cause in the rift
