I feel it was done deliberately to make Nandini think that Manik lied the entire time to her about breaking up with Aliya.
Being fooled is one thing, but being the "other woman" will be shattering for Nandini, esp when she always drew the line where necessary. And maybe this is being used to make Nandini lose complete faith in Manik.
It's time Nandini distances herself from Manik and the rest . Manik has until now not fully realized what he has done and he fears he has broken her completely. When he sees the damage in front of his eyes, only then will Manik fully realize what he has actually done to this girl.
And for that to happen , I would love to see a bitter cold Nandini who doesn't react anymore to Manik...

I think it is a Blooper only. I guess the creatives forgot that Alya's name was shown earlier as Alya only and now they will invent something to cover up the blooper.
