Abhimanyu's confidant...

Abhimanyu as we can see belongs to an authoritarian family where talking freely to the parents seems out of question. So he needs a confidant with whom he can freely share his feelings, his needs and his most important decisions need to be first shared, discussed and then taken keeping in mind the welfare of all.

So after seeing yesterday's episode, I thought his brother did have a clue about where Abhi was going when he excused himself early. In fact, he even told him to proceed with care --- that could have been used by Abhi to share with him before he went ahead.

His brother offered him full support --- if his decision was right for the family.

We all expect him to be close to his bhabhi but I think that will come later on --- but as things stand now, he definitely needs to at least have already told ONE person in his household about his affair which he wants to seal into marriage.
