WHAT IS HAPPENING IN KUMKUM BHAGYA??? - Page 2

Nothing has changed. Like someone said here. I too didn't watch a load of episodes...Star Premiere took precedence...but, the story (if there is even one!!) and the characterization and of course the dialogue remain the same.

The only episode I saw and that too in bits, I had the misfortune to hear Abhi saying he wanted to hit Pragya in the face with his guitar...he also mentioned breaking something..I was too much in a daze to make out if he wanted to break the guitar on her face or wanted to break her face with the guitar!
Either way, it sounded too violent for words and came across as a terrible threat.

As if that weren't enough, he went on to say that he wanted to hang her with the strings of the guitar!!
Who writes such terrible dialogues, I wonder and how does a putative hero even mouth such things?

And what got me reaching for the remote was Pragya's lovestruck expression ..it seemed to convey her acceptance that this was her just desserts.

No wonder the show is taking a downward tumble in the ratings. I think the audience has started waking up and smelling the coffee, so to speak.

The 'story' is as flimsy as gossamer. And, the main characters, including the so-called villains are nothing more than caricatures. The hero makes a joke of himself in practically every scene..which is so uncalled for if you think about it. The audience knows he's way off the mark about everything concerning his wife yet the writers continue to make him misunderstand her.

The vamps...actually that's an undeserving compliment to them...are nothing more than inept clowns, failing in everything they do. The heroine is now deaf, mute and blind and living in la la land.

Now, according to the promo, she's being accused of being unfaithful to an unfaithful husband. He ticks her off and bashes the 'lover' to a pulp..courtesy SBS. I mean...are you serious? Are you serious? Are you serious?.(.just quoting the words of a certain someone who made these lines famous in India recently)!😆

Best and silliest case of the pot blatantly calling the kettle black without batting an eyelid!

I seriously wonder who the target audience is that Ekta had in mind when she conceived the show.

He treated her with NO respect like she is some sort of animal, he tortures her without reason, and on top of that she falls in love with him? Excuse me but i didn't know that love could occur over one day because he "saved her marriage hall" did she forget about the times where he was prancing around with tanu right in front of her? She did nothing wrong and he tortures her like she is some evil witch? what kind of logical woman falls in love with a man that makes love to his mistress on their wedding night and acts like nothing happen?

WHERE IS THE SENSE IN PRAGYA?? they have taken a full 180 with her character, as strong as she was in the beginning is as weak as she is now. Don't even get me started on Abhi, Tanu and Aaliya...

"Daar from Daadi" is the only reason abhigya are still even married, which once again makes 0 sense. I don't think superstars like salman khan are getting married because "their daadi said so"

I miss the nom jhok between abhigya like when they were both drunk, that was the reason i started watching, hope they come back to it soon. I really hope Abhi works for Pragya's love.

Beautifully written. Logically that is exactly what one would expect from the story but this sorry tale merely throws a couple of nok jhoks (getting old and trite and repetitious) and eye locks (yawn!) to imply a growing eternal love story between a knave and his fool wife. No solid basis for her love and none for his hate now, yet the nincompoop acts like he is righteous in his every action even in his deceit and adulterous behavior.

Abhi the character has long lost his charm, from looking into his wife's eyes with that song playing in the background as if to hammer that connection they supposedly share to wrapping his arms around his evil, dim witted girl friend at every opportunity he gets like a boy with arrested development to his cooing at Tannu in that fake baby voice, his actions grate and don't make any sense at all.

So wish the CVs give Pragya's spine a rapid and much needed makeover and dump some reason into that empty kopdi that is her saath janam ke prasadh or rather her kumkum bhaghya

I just find it hilarious that nobody thought to question who shot the video... Since it happened at home... Obviously a family member is involved!
