Really Sad News
So I know you guys must be wondering why I haven't posted the NL up for this week. Unfortunately I won't be posting this week's NL. I apologize PROFUSELY to all of you who sent in your articles, as I know it takes time. I know recently I have been really harsh on you guys, and I know I sound like I'm repeating myself, but I have gotten really bad news last week, and I haven't been doing so well in school either. To make up for not using your articles, you guys will be getting this week off. Our NL will resume on Monday November 17th.
Now the really bad news, and the reason I'm not posting the NL. Unfortunately I have had to remove four of our team members. Trust me I didn't want to, but they have hardly ever sent their articles in, and don't reply to any of my PMs asking them. I have given them a warning, and they still didn't heed me. The NL Head Team, did state that if you have two UNEXCUSED absences then you will be removed immediately. I have given them more than two unexcused absences, but they still haven't prevailed. I was upset to remove them, but it had to me done. See this as a warning to you, as I am very lenient and I myself sometimes find it hard to write the articles, so I will excuse you. I don't mind if you can't hand it in, but if you don't give me reason, I will find it annoying.
On the upside, this does mean we will be getting some new team members AND two of our members are getting promoted :DMeghna & Aabray & Bushy have been promoted to REGULARS!Meghna is now Regular for Avis!Aabray is Regular for Icons!Bushy is now Regular for Signature!If either of you would rather stay a back-up it is okay, you just have to tell me :)

Oww... That's bad...the team had to lose some members. Who are the new members? I don't mind being regular for icon of the week until new members sign up for it. If they want then can be regular updater.

Maya u didn't get my PM? I'm sorry to say I will be inactive till next March. My 12th revision tests are going on. I got many warnings from my parents. So now I have to stop visiting here. I'm very sorry. Hope you understand. If you want I will try to engage some body else for Avis.
