Puneet threatening about Ali Upen Issue

Does anyone know what the issue was between Ali and Upen, which Puneet was threatening to disclose and how he Puneet saved Ali big time? This got Ali really nervous and he was apologising to Puneet. Sounded like something to do with the bed??
