I agree with you, he has the potential to be a better person.
He is a doting father because the moments that we saw him with Vivaan, it shows that he really does love him.
He is too tied to his brother and that's the problem that Ranjana has with him, that he's putting Bhaiya ji above her and Vivaan.
As you said, he just needs to free himself of his brother.

The potential is there...but I don't see it happening. As one of the comments said, it may be too little too late.

What shocks me is how could Suhasini's children (his mother), at least both the boys turn out to be so different from her. She is such a good person. Was it her husband's influence or Bhaiyyaji's wife's?

Also striking is the relationship between Bhhaiya ji and his wife. There's a tension there and ego on her part (she's even begun to cut him in front of others!), and a frustration on his part (towards her). Wonder where they are going to take this brewing tension.

They both are terribly co-dependent, but should things begin to unravel, wonder what will happen. Separate power centers?

We can only hope that Manohar opens his eyes sooner rather than later.
I think maybe Bhaiya ji and Manohar's father had an influence on how they are today.
Tejaswini, I think has power ambitions and she's just exercising them. I guess we all know who's wearing the pants in that family 😆.
I wouldn't be surprise if in future Tejaswini is the power head instead of Bhaiya ji. I think in future they will butt heads.
