Well it's not a one way process...not defending the industry, they should be more sensible(and censor...alcohol, sex and smoking is super no while its okay) but art and literature is a mirror of what's happening in society. Our society, upbringing, culture is strictly patriarchal, And that's one of the main reasons why this kinda cinema, songs are so popular.

Why should the Bollywood be balmed?
1 -- because as an industry, as an entity that is 'producing' and 'selling' movies to us 'consumers' - it ought to do that with social responsibility. Social responsibility means showing life as it is, without putting camera at angles to 'highlight' a woman's assets, etc. It also means showing the better things of life.
Why shouldn't the industry be blamed?
Because they are not making women do what they do at knife-point. There are women who sell themselves for a small role in a film, there are women who also want to show themselves, are okay with showing themselves, think of it as an 'art'.
It's both way.
Why shouldnt neither of the above be blamed?
Because WE are here to 'buy' what they're selling.. if people do not watch why at all will they produce?
It's not just both way... the society as a whole is to be blamed.
When society grows, art of movie-making will evolve as well. But rarely does Indian cinema produce a movie thinking of it as an art. Producers want easy money-making.

Men are objectified too . What is this 6 pack of 8 pack culture ????? Woman and who know some men too maybe wanna see that stuff . Fevicol Se from Dabangg 2 objectifies woman yet later in that movie where Salmans shirt rips off magically . Doesn't that objectify men ???? I know woman and men in my cinema were whistling 😆
