Purva... I don't think housemates trust her completely. It's just that the bedroom gang is targeting P3G right now and that's y she's being ignored. I don't think anyone considers her true friend in the house. Even her papa punz revealed how selfish she can be. She is not fake but yes she is selfish. She is probably the most selfish, self centered person in the house who literally has no stand on things. She will scream for anything that benefits her. She doesn't pretend to be a kind person either. She is the way she is. She doesn't have very close friends in the house. During that saving task no one saved her.
