I don't think Manik will sacrifice his love. He may reveal to Dhruv that he and Nandini are a couple, breaking Dhruv's heart. But since Dhruv is happy just being Nandini's friend and Manik's happiness matters to him, he may accept and support them. And anyways, Nandini is not a commodity that if Manik throws away Dhruv can pick her up.

Really hope Manik will reveal that he and Nandu are a couple. Don't want Dhruv to be hurt at the same time can't see my MaNan separate 😭. If this happens would always to be thankful to cvs. Hoping against hope this happens, *cross my fingers*.
