The will Dilemma..Every confusing will of the Nawab

As we all know that the cvs themselves are confused with the Nawab's will, so let me share with you all what I have got from various episodes regarding the will.It is so confusing hence I thought of making a post so that you guys can let me know whether I have missed out anything.I know there is no point burning our brains but still we can discuss on it.It is highly sad that most of our friends are leaving forum.When our friends leave the forum neither the cvs nor the channel are losing, but their friends out here are losers. So a humble request to you guys please dont leave the forum.

So coming to the topic, the first revelation was that Aahil would inherit Nawab's property only he gets married before his 30th birthday or else the property would be transferred to a trust.It has also been said that the property cant be transferred to anyone unless Aahil inhetits it and also property will be divided equally between Aahil and his wife. And this made Nida to decide to get married to Aahil.

But after the nikaah, when Tanveer was adamant to get Sanam and Aahil's signature, I came to the conclusion that it was to transfer all the properly to Aahil's name bcoz as per will half of the property belong to Aahil's wife. And this was the reason why Tanveer had to keep Sanam back in their house even after knowing she is Asya's daughter.

Tanveer did all this because she thought it would be easy for her to manipulate Aahil and get the property transferred to her name once Aahil inherits the property.

But in one of latest episodes, Tanveer said she has included a clause so that property will be transferred directly to her name once Sahil sign them which is not possible as per initial revelation of the will.

And now coming to the latest episode, they are back to initial one where property get transferred to Aahil and his wife. But now in the new version, a deadlind of three months has been included before which property has to be transferred to Billi otherwise as per will, Aahil and his wife would inherit it.

And coming to latest precap, Tanveer is planning to kill Sanam.If Sanam is killed without signing the document and if Tanveer can get the property, then she could have killed her long back.So is there a new clause related to this on the way.

I havent included marriage contract because this post is dedicated to the ever confusing will of Nawab.

Please share your views and also if I missed out anything.

And I know very well that everybody here is frustrated but it is a humble request keep the post free from bashing

I'd say Aahil Sanam is Tanveer ko de do sab paise... Anyways , my Aahil and Sanam are so brilliant ., They'll build up everything without any help...

I want the last scene of the episode to be, Sahil walking off hand in hand into the sunset out of the Ibrahim mansion gates, will Tanveer, Razia, Seher, Dilshad and Rehan's bickering noises can be heard from the closed doors of the haveli...

Thanks for making the post Sarita.

You have nicely pointed out regarding the Will scenes .

The CVs are themselves confused how to take this track forward .

Since Aahil should get married before his 30 th birthday , does he inherit the property already after his wedding ?

Does Aahil Sanam both their signatures needed to transfer the will to Tanveer ?

Then why Tanveer made Aahil and Sanam made to sign in Kohinoor Inauguration?

Hope the CVs come up with the perfect track for this will .

After wedding as per will revelation, Aahil and his wife should inherit i guess so.

As per will, property can be transferred unless aaahil inherits it.

She made Sanam and Aahil sign it at the project because they cant back out from signing the document in front of public

So her plan was to after make Sanam sign off her share of the property to Aahil as well during the process of property transfer. She thought once Aahil gets all the property it would be easy for her to make him write it off to her. She wanted Aahil to divorce Sanam as soon as she signs off her property shares to Aahil. That way Aahil would be alone once again and it would be easy for her to manipulate him.
Aahil declined to sign or let Sanam sign for the same and Billi got alarmed.
Then she made them sign the property papers in front of public . She failed again.
She made a clause to the papers where after Saahio signs property goes to her directly .
Now I am confused why she wants to kill Sanam. Havnt watched. The episode for a week. So no idea.
