According to me there are 4 highlights of today's episode -
Anarkali - too much attitude . Lot of forum members feel she's not nice looking enough, but I feel she did a decent job. After all she has to have a shahzaada drooling over her, she has to dance, she has to show killer attitude, and all this at this tender age MASHALLAH!!! She was just the right kind of girl and our Salim has been hooked nice and proper
Jalal - has the burden of the future of the empire on his rather broad and good looking shoulders . Showed the right amount of concern for Salim and was able to explain that a king will remain a king only if he can fight wars well and hence love his shamsheer. The sword and music jugalbandi although unnecessary, showed off JALAL's looks, shamshirbaazi prowess and his physique to perfection had me swooning for sure
Ruks - like I said I my earlier post, she's seething with jealousy with every breath that she takes. Her planning is about to begin. I hope CVs show some creativity at least in this aspect. The whole drama of Ruks can get away with everything and Jo is just a doormat - is frankly getting unbearable
Murad - with his teerandaazi prowess he probably feels that he is more suited to be the next Shahenshah. Haider will definitely bharo his kana to this effect soon. After all with so many offspringsand only one throne such infighting and jealousy is to be expected.
Overall a decent show.
I would urge quitters to reconsider. Yes the show is called JA and yes there is not much of JAi it, but the story has to move to the next stage some day. Yes SA sucks but it is their story to tell. So hang in there, at least for our AKDHA.
Btw for all of you out there who feel that Pari and Rajat are gonna quit, THINK AGAIN. This is their most popular show thus far, sply with both of them playing leads. They would be commercially suicidal if they quit. And if they're not quitting what good would our quitting do
