Mayb sahir's a divorcee or its sumthing related 2 a girl who ditched him n mayb thts y he said thy luv is a beautiful lie...
But i hope sahir is a bachelor...no 1 can take arzoo's place... 😵

I think Sahir is sick .. kidney related or something. Alvira wants Arzoo to donate her kidney. I think he was in luv with someone and she ditched him finding out he was sick.
