She does not love anyone other than herself. She uses Abhi to get things and doesn't care how hard it can be for Abhi to fulfill her wishes. Abhi even sacrificed his "love" for Aliyah but nothing actually bother her. But I think creatives have to show some other shades of the characters now and progress in the story other than the same boring accusing/ blaming drama. Cast is the only good thing which make the drama survive and perform good on trp chart every week, otherwise there is nothing to watch in KKB now for a days.
