It was killing Raman but ishita is doing it because she is hurt by his false accusations ..she is not wrong so why she has to stay away to prove Raman that she is not cheating him !!! I liked it ...

She was angry because Raman took shagun name during the speech and she's thinking he's not over her so she did it to torture him a bit like a true angry wife.
