My mom was telling me that she saw the promo of this serial on Jaya tv, not Sun. Though I'm not sure 😕

I think my mom is wrong. Thamarai is on sun tv only. Guess it is gonna replace Illavarasi.

The actors from the first scene - the father character looks very familiar , the younger one looks like Sai Prashanth (the first actor for Devi's friend Vetri in VR/ Diwakar in Annamalai/ Guru in Selvi and Arase) The actress has been in past AVM serials ("Uravukku Kai Koduppom"/"Vairanenjam") .
