This is one side of the coin to support and be loyal. But, I feel, JA is another serial. Why do I watch TV? I watch TV for recreation and entertainment. I will not watch something that is beyond horrible and useless. Will I? So, I would call it moving on. Some say, moving on usually implies you don't have the strength to stay and fight. But, I say. It requires an equally high amount of courage and mental strength to move on.
This is my point of view because I KNOW for a fact what EK will do/is doing to the once lovely show. I have watched enough of her shows to know how she will carry forward. This doesn't mean quitting or giving up. It just means, facing facts which ALSO requires a great deal of strength.
Yet, on a side note, because I used to watch this show lovingly, excitedly every night at 8, sometimes watched the repeat telecast and weekend telecast, and spent hours just drooling over Jalal and admiring his physique, character, strength, weakness, I will for old times sake, put in a word.
"This show was perhaps one of the most unique and different shows that ever premiered on Indian Television. With a couple of movies AND the biggest competitor of the show being History itself, the serial did EXTREMELY well. I would always, fondly, remember, PS and RT as Jodha and Jalal, who despite, fate acting against them, stood and fought, for each other, to be with one another. I sincerely pray and hope that whichever storm is going to hit the serial, be abated before it can cause any catastrophe."
Oh, you have made an excellent attempt to save the serial. I hope you succeed because then, I, personally, will be indebted to you. And, please, don't take any of this personal. 😛
