1.there is lack of communication between them.They have not shared their feelings ,their worries ,their shortcommings and their insecurities with each other.

2.Both share attraction but don't take intitative to move ahead.

3.iSHITA who is finding more comfort zone in Mani is giving more importance to him.Not with a romantic angle but still at emotional level as she is not getting that comfort with Raman.

4If it would have been someone other than Raman ,and when he wouls have seen Raman get too close to Ishita , and those frequent calls... first thing to come into a husbands mind is that am I giving all that my wife deserves in this relationship.Then the answer is No..He is not having a intimate relations with her.Wthout having a close relation ,without breaking the barriers with her , if she moves out or cheats he is more to be blamed.Hence instead of drinking or crying Raman should take fast forward steps to get closer to his wife.Raman is not doing so and is showing attitude which is immature and not expected from a guy who is already a father to two kids and who has experienced intimacy.

5.Even after getting closer to her if Ishita maintains too close friendship with her bestie then it would be her fault.

6Even ishita could have shared her feelings with him even if he doesn't reciprocate.Its not a crime to fall in love and not be reciprocated.Ego issues when comes in between is not healthy.
