Tumbi yeh saab ke baad apne taraf jina uske sath jo tumhe pyar karte hain". Mani was clearly hinting for a fake marriage for RomiKa and after some time they would get divorce with Romi taking the responsibility of the child. His conversation with Romi echoed that too. It's pretty clear from their convo...

marriage is a different issue...Ishmani plan is not abt marriage...fake marriage is strictly no no in this procedure...they have a different set of papers to sign...if they investigate the truth...romi and mani can be jailed for being frauds...its not a contract marriage...there is no such thing as fake marriage...its called contract marriage...if contract marriage happens...romika has to live with each other maximum for 1 year than they can divorce each other...
mani was not talking abt contract marriage...he was talking abt legal rights of the kid w/o romika marrying each other...
there is no such thing as marriage...one day...divorce next day...it might happen in shows and films but not in real life...YHM has touched realistic issues...

contract marriage...maximum you have to live with your partner for 1 year than divorce...there is no such thing after the contract marriage...you live in your house...I live in my house

Well, I used the generalized term saying fake marriage, not the LEGAL term Contract marriage or marriage of convenience per se. I do know there is no such as marriage...one day...divorce next day.LOL😆 FYI, Contract marriage doesn't hold any definite time duration. You mixed up contract marriage with temporary marriage where there is definite time period agreed by both parties. A contract marriage can turn into a temporary marriage if a timetable is added with it. IshRa marriage was a contract marriage with life long time frame. Mani was hinting temporary marriage with definite terms and conditions, not the contract marriage.

Romi-Sarika-Mani is a done deal. What had to happen, happened. I personally don't see there was a better way to handle this thing except that Ishita should have told Raman but then whatever!

I think people should be more concerned about Ishita leaving the party and Raman's almost cold response to it which might lead to an impasse. THAT will be most irritating to watch. I do not understand, what will happen when they will go home?

"Oh hey husband! I heard your speech at the most important day of your life, thanks for insulting me. I was looking forward to you giving me credit but hey! Of course you still cannot get your ex wife out of your head and I am so totally okay with that because well I love you. Goodnight sweet dreams"

OR

"Hey Wife! Saw you say few random flirty things to your best friend. I doubt your character now and compare you to my ex wife, hence the cold behaviour. Also, I do not care to clear the air about your character because well, that's what my logic says and also because I love you."

Made sense?

No. Why?

Because both are at fault.

Both are equally stupid. This blame game never ends.

I would suggest make a new topic where everybody prays that CVs get come sense knocked into them and stop this track from getting worse !

whatever marriage..we have to wait and watch
the way I see mani explaning to romi was legal rights which doesn't need a marriage...the kid needs a father name.. .its the same as adoption when you give your name to someone else kid...but the difference is...this is romi's kid...such legal procedure happens in my country...my uncle is a counsellor...he told me too...many commit suicides happening due to unwed pregnanies...thus such step was taken...the father will financially support his kid as well as give his name but he does not need to marry the mother...both parents can live their own lives...in their own terms...now its upto the father whether he wants to emotionally connect with his kid...thus he can meet his kid...and the mother has no right to stop...if he doesn't want to be emotionally attached to his kid...he can stay away...but being far away from his kid...he needs to take responsibility of the kid financially
