This is so unlike any of the other Arhi ffs I've read. Most feature the arrogant/mean parts of Arnav before he becomes the sweet soft one but yours shows him as shy and sweet from the beginning. I love all the little details and the way they speak to each other is so believable. I especially got a kick out of the "How I Met Your Mother" reference. My cousin worked on that show for several years and had a little bit part on one episode. My husband watched it quite a bit. It was funny to see you reference it because it's an American show and I get the feeling you live in England. I see little British touches in your writing: "go to office" instead of "go to the office" like we say in America and the mention of eating biscuits (cookies in US). I live in Oregon, US and I am loving the worldwide input I see from the readers. I'm glad to see Khushi finally noticed Arnav's wonderful eyes!!!

What a sweet, kind man this Arnav is and how patient with his slowly developing marriage. I ached for him when he wondered why Khushi was so sad with him. Well, he'll find out soon enough that it has nothing to do with him. I'm glad Khushi has realized almost from the beginning that Arnav is a good person and very sweet. Because he is...reminds me of a puppy. :)

Something that struck me as slightly odd...all along we've seen Arnav as a calm, thoughtful, kind man. Then, when he yelled at the staff, it seemed sort of out of character for him. I'm glad he apologized to Khushi but I'm also hoping he doesn't do that again in future updates to other people. :)

The man is very calm and kind but in business he is strict and very disciplined. He doesn't like mistakes and he scolds people when they make mistakes thats all.

Moreover, I am actually from India and not from England :P But yes, I follow british english while writing and the how I met your mother was to show some more contrast between the characters of Arnav and Khushi!

Thanks so much for replying to my posts. The tender explanation helped a lot and I can see why it was such a big deal. I just discovered IPKKND last summer 2013 by accident on youtube and have been hooked ever since. Like seriously addicted. I've been trying to learn Hindi, eating as much Indian food as I can, and studying the culture. My husband and I are planning on visiting India in fall 2016, possibly taking a culinary tour. I would like to do some volunteer work at a women's empowerment organization in Jodhpur. I am having so much fun reading everything on India Forums. As for the emotions and intensity, every chapter is just so exquisite in showing them. You really are a wonderful writer!!!
