"Why?"Arnav was lying on the recliner with his eyes on the petite tiny figure of his wife lying on the poolside floor.Her face angelic and glowing in the moonlight .He can see dried tear stains on her cheek even from here.She is sleeping in fetus position and even when she is sleeping her face held pain and anguish.And for the second time he asked himself "why did i marry her?"

His mind went through the happenings of last few hours.dis accident , his realization that he loves khushkhui,and then the betrayal.The betrayal that came from none other than the girl he loved and thought she loved him too.The betrayal that came from the man he considered as his brother ,whom he trusted with the most important person of his life his di.But strangely Shyams duplicity only built rage in him he wanted to kill that bas***d for cheating on his di.he wanted to tear him to pieces.Shyams betrayal didn't hurt him it made him angry.but the image of Khushi in Shyams arm managed to hut him.He felt like someone was twisting a knife in his heart again and again .He felt he could not breath.He felt that much pain that much agony only one one time . When ma left him forever and arnav couldn't deal with the fact that Khushi doesn't love him.The girl who has successfully taken over his heart loves another.She doesn't want to be in his arms.She doesn't want to share her life with him and that thought pained him.So like always his mind took over and he didn't listen to his heart.So he convinced himself that he doesn't love her and to protect his di he has to marry her for six months.That she means nothing to him and he is gonna destroy her life for daring to play with his dis happiness.So he married her forcefully,made her an orphan ,threw her out of the room on their weeding night.All of this he managed to do in a couple of hours.So after knowing that Khushi is his even if it is for 6 months and after the drama and waterworks that happened downstairs he finally able to calm down and think sanely.

"Hadn't Khushi proved him wrong every time he misjudged her?hadn't she sacrificed her life to save her sisters marriage.isn't she the traditional girl who believes in the sacred bond of marriage.then how can she have an affair with a married man that to husband of a woman she claims to love like her own sister.when he looked into her eyes after proposing a marriage of six months he saw pain innocence and anguish.but never guilt and her eyes don't lie."

And thats when arnav singh raizada realized why he married khushi.he dint married khushi for his di or her unborn child.He married khushi cause he loved her and he wanted to take away khushi from shyams filthy hands .Had he believed even for a moment that khushi can do that horrendous crime he would never have married her.he could have handled shyam and khushi a thousand different ways.But he married her because in his heart he knew khushi was innocent.

So with the new found realization he decided he is gonna get bottom of shyams truth.But that can wait he needed to go to his fragile wife .so he gently picked her up in his arms and khushi as usually clutched his t shirt tightly.She snuggled in to arnavs bOdy and hid her face in the crook of his neck.A lump formed in arnavs throat as he remembered how he had hurt his innocent 18 year old wife.Because of him she was disowned by her family and humiliated by his family members.But not any more he is gonna make everything alright in his own asrish way ofcourse.Placing her on the bed he kissed her forehead and climbed on his side of bed.He pulled khushi by waist and buried his face in her hair and found himself drifting to a peaceful slumber.The sun will rise soon.
