Diandra was obviously wrong but imo Ali handled it very badly.

First off, he needs to stop flaunting I am captain, I am big boss and I would do it and that. After a point, no body cares if you flaunt your position too much. Make people respect you for you a bit, else the leverage of the position gets lost as well.

Secondly, D is a jealous, twisted, mean bitch but she is one strong and stubborn girl. You have to give her that. No one can be a model and survive that world successfully without being strong.

So you cannot intimidate Diandra. Others were forced to listen to Ali, someone with lesser personality like Minissha or Soni. But Diandra stood her ground. She would not react well to coercion and intimidation. She has to be handed tactfully and smartly, so that she has no reprieve left. Like Gautam did,. Instead of rising to her provocation, he completely ignored it.

Ali should have tried to talk in a more controlled way and should have come up less aggressively.

What was the result of the entire fiasco? His dand was made a joke of. Despite being seriously guilty in this issue, Diandra got to play the persecuted heroine.

Ali has been wrong with respect to the housemates from the beginning. Soon as he entered, he began talking of what he's seen and the impression he has of the people. He should've let the people talk to him. He's given no one time to understand him at all.

Given that he had entered the house in middle of the night, there was no need to keep people awake to talk to him. The P3GS gang was especially hard hit because they sleep in the living room, so the whole-night movement might've upset them a lot.

Like you rightly said that leadership is not about giving orders. Ali seriously lacks that quality. Praneet and Minisha are the only people I've seen in the house (so far) who seem to have that knack in them.

Even his attempts to entertain people were like "everyone drop whatever you are doing, we're going to have an entertainment program". Seriously people are NOT going to respond to that. Plus the song he sang was pathetic to say the least.

Ali's style is more towards - humiliating people. It's obvious people are going to be upset with him. You have to give people the respect and space.

and i agree ...
i think Ali s aggression had a reason .. he is trying his best to do his job ..and everyone is giving him attitude .. which makes him angry ..
he was already pissed at soni and minisha

and diandra is just intolerable 🤢.. she never feels sorry for anything .. so full of herself !

I agree his reasons were right but his way of going about it was wrong.

I completely understand where this guy ali is coming from.. He must've been told all this before entering the house, to break the group and to get people outta their comfort zone.. As this season nobody really cares about the big boss thing, they know kuch bhi hojaaye they won't b thrown out.. So they'll fight n even hit each other.. They care least about salman kkhan.. Max to max nominate hojaayenge.. Rules hardly matter.. All the guys are basically saints, so no love story happening.. So this ali has been sent to shake things up n to induce fear in them.. As big boss is also helping with all the punishments n stuff.. Like he said picnic pe nahi aaye hain.. To make them work n organise things.. Would'nt b easy.. Pyaar se pehle bahot bola, koi sun hi nahi raha tha.. So he had to raise his voice..

n that red head is really smart she got away being the victim, when she was actually the culprit.. Now even bb can't do anything as max punishment toh already de diya hai.. n she knows she has to create drama to stay..
