I think surbhi is not faking pregnancy.its real.bcoz when vikrant is drunk he says to prem to allow them to move on in life which creates misunderstanding in perms mind.so prem will consummate with surbhi in anger.if surbhi was faking pregnancy prem would hav known if nothing happened between them but according to segment prem doesn't say anything which means they consummated

This is what i feel ... After listening to Vikrant prem will feel that simar loves Vikrant... So he might have asked surbhi to act as if she is pregnant. So that Simar can move on...

i also feel that she's acting, and prem is in on the plan
