Jalal will not think Jodha was negligent. He very well knows how Jodha personally took care of babies.
Just like Jodha lost faith on Kanha Jalal is feeling same he is in rage cos his own cousin murdered his babies and he couldn't do anything.
Jodha and Jalal will feel guilty about not being there with Hussain but with each other. They need to work out this guilt and their love for each other will bring them back together again more in love than before.
Ruk was never given Salim or ANY OTHER of Jodha Jalal's other kids.
She was given their grandson, probably cos she might have shown repentance.
