Bipasha headed for Hollywood?

"Bipasha definitely floored a lot of people during her trip there. She spoke to Ben (Kingsley) about some Hollywood roles. He helped her set up some meetings," says a close associate of the actress. The source goes on to add that the Bengali actress has already enlisted the services of Californian agent Simone Sheffield who also represents Aishwarya Rai in the West.
"Simone had heard of her while setting up the New Seven Wonders of the World project. And on meeting her, Simone was completely blown away. So much so that the two of them have already exchanged thoughts about three possible projects which Bipasha seems to be considering," says the source.

However, the actress has made it clear that she would only act in a full fledged Hollywood production. "She has told Simone that she would like to act in Hollywood but only on big projects," says the source, "In fact one of the projects already has a big Hollywood actor as a part of it." The source goes on to add that Bipasha's entry into Hollywood is largely dependent on her finishing her projects in hand.

Bipasha had gone to Lisbon earlier this month to announce the New Seven Wonders of the World along with Ben Kingsley and Hillary Swank. The actress has often gone onto state, on record, that she became "good friends" with Kingsley. It is believed that the experienced actor has also given Basu pointers on how to make it into Hollywood.

If Bipasha is truly close to getting an entry into Hollywood, as reports suggest, then the Bengali bombshell will find another colleague from Bollywood giving her competition in Hollywood too. The recent buzz in the industry suggests that Shilpa Shetty has signed a film in which she will star opposite Keanu Reeves. The film is called Hanuman and will be directed by Uru Patel.
