If the guys wanted to leave Gautam they would've yesterday after his psycho and rude behaviour but still they stuck with him.

There's more chance of Gautam leaving his friends to appear as a loner in the house to get more sympathy than his group going against him. Gautam already says he's alone in the house when he's clearly not.
