Base Point Of The Episode: Naitik becomes overprotective towards Naksh and Akshara, Akshara suffers from fever.
Episode starts with Naitik who forces Akshara to do rest as she is having fever from quite some time now and is being very careless towards herself. Naitik instructs Akshara to rest as she suffers from fever. Akshara as usual is only worried about house works and kitchen works. But Naitik makes her understand.

Naitik then goes to take care of Naksh. He becomes over protective towards Naksh. He do not allow him to play outside and instead asks him to play inside with Chintu. Naksh is not happy but goes to his room. Naitik wonders why is naksh behaving like this.
Here, Jasmeet is getting instructed by Varsha about some work and she don't like it. Ananya realises her mistake of being arrogant and understands that celebrations are only enjoyable with everyone. Daadi makes her realise this with her quotes.đ
Jasmeet tells all about Karwa Chauth but all ladies tell her that they do not keep this fast as they never had done it but she can surely do this with Akshara as she keeps this. Jasmeet gets disheartened about same but is happy that atleast akshara keeps it. Later, The Maheshwari family decides to celebrate karva chauth, in order to support Jasmeet. Daadi tells that if jasmeet can follow their rituals and changes then why not we also follow her rituals and changes, it will be refreshing. Jasmeet gets very happy and excitedđł and starts preparing in big way.
Jasmeet see that everything is done in perfect manner and she orders fresh things to be used but maheswari ladies do not like this as they think that when they already have things so why having things of same match. But Daadi says to let Jasmeet do whatever she wants as its her first Karwa Chauth. Sunaina prepares Sargi for Jasmeet but Jasmeet tells her that she has prepared sargi's for everyone and she thought that maybe you don not know about this what should be included in it hence did it. Sunaina gets disappointed.
Naitik takes extra care of both Duggu and Akshara. Akshara locks him inside room when she gets a chance to escape and do house work. Naitik drops duggu to school and calls Akshara to know her health. Akshara is not happy with Naitik calling 28th time in a day!
Naitik asks duggu to take care when he was going to get hurt whike playing while he also tells akshara to take care as her face is looking Dull and yellowish!
All asks Akshara to do rest. And Devyani and Bhabhima goes to market for shopping for Karwa Chauth. Devyani expects Karishma to do this fast for Naman. Akshara calls Karishma and asks her to inform about this to choti maa. Karishma gets frustrated with Akshara.
Devyani brings the necessary items for Akshara and Karishma. Karishma decides not to fast on karva chauth. Naman supports her. Karishma gets a idea of faking the fast and lieing. So to keep Devyani happy. Akshara is adamant on performing the rituals of karva chauth, despite Naitik's opposition. Naitik observes that Akshara is feeling dizzy and he takes care of her. Episode ends here.
Precap - Akshara wakes up early morning to eat the Sargi and is happy as she is successful in doing Karwa Chauth despite of Naitik asking her to first take care of her health, but she fails to find Sargi on dining table and in refrigerator and gets shocked.
