Looks like he will target Shiv and the family and tries to isolate her from them.

Looks like he altered the painting of Anandi.

He either painted her in semi nude and say that Shiv has asked him to paint Anandi that way or he may paint a beautiful picture of Sanskari Anandi and make the family wonder why Anandi and Shiv are angry with him and put pressure on Anandi Shiv to be civil towards him.

Shiv can get into serious mess since Palash is not Indian citizen plus he is invited as guest by CM if by any chance Shiv beats or have any fight with Palash for troubling Anandi his position as collector can go chances are that he may be put behind the bars as well indirectly Palash motive to separate Shiv from Anandi will be accomplished.There is no evidence that Palash was troubling Anandi since no such incident was witness by anybody it somewhat difficult to prove.Palash can twist the matter by saying that Shiv is trying to frame him.
I wish Shiv doesn't do anything wrong in rage that he will regret for
