Agree with Padmpriya here. If any of the previous female officer would be now in the show, they would have to go through all this. And I guess, we or you don't have any right to abuse the character like this. If you can't appreciate them for their good works than you don't have any right to say them when they are doing some scenes which they have to as they are plotted by the director.

And before that you should have to watch all the episodes where purvi mam was there and have done the stunts. Tasha, was my first favorite, but purvi is also my favorite, and we can't compare each other. Because, these two are damn good in their own ways.

If you have problem with the cheap dances and clothes which the trio had wore in some of the previous episodes, then I guess you would be having problem also with the on-going-unnecessary-love-track. And I guess this kinda track, which was BETTER was in cid for a very long time.

The main reason is that, when Tasha, asha, muskan were there the stories were a lot better than they are right now. In nowadays episodes they just begin with love and ends on it..

Well, I guess this thread was not meant for the comparison and abusing the characters, it was meant that there should be a senior lady inspector. Amd as Tasha and asha had left the show, so there is no point in asking them to bring them back. So, it's better we should think of the officers we have right now. Apart from ishita and divya (the new ones) we have just two inspectors purvi and shreya and I guess they both should be the seniors, so that atleast we fans will be safe. And there is also no point in asking FW to bring any new senior female cop. We have already a cricket team in cid now. :D :P

A senior female inspector is always welcome and if they bring back Asha it will be a dream come true. But I know FW will not think this for CID though in Shapath they have a senior female cop whom the male juniors address as 'mam' and she shares a good rapport, friendship with senior male cops. I want this in CID. Tasha is dead so bringing her back is out of option, but if Purvi/Tasha/Shreya are promoted they will not be a friend to Duo nor they can match duo. So for me its Asha only.


@Tvdfan : FW made fun of the lady cops. Its not their faults. Both the lady cops have potentials and they are good cops too..not mere eye candies.

As far as no ladies being seniors is considered, best fit would be bring back Asha. She was at same rank as Daya. 👍🏼 And she is my fav female cop till date ⭐️

* Taking a look at FW's recent casting choices and the explanations they've given for the same, along with the kinds of things they have been showing in recent episodes, it's not hard to see why we haven't got a senior lady cop yet. They should focus on quality instead of such things.

* I'm happy with Purvi as she is, as an Inspector and I agree before talking of promoting anyone, you must address the issue of Freddy sir not being promoted or even respected since 17 years. I personally cannot accept anyone except Asha in that position and still hope they bring her back someday.

* More than a senior lady cop, I wish some people show basic respect towards other characters/actors in the show and their fans without saying hurtful things. I'm certainly curious why those calling Purvi an eye candy mysteriously become silent when she performs awesome roles. Just last week for example.
