Sorry for late reply. was caught up with some urgent work. 😳
I am happy to know that I was right - in not knowing where this Mani track is leading, coz CV's r not presenting it well. When I say this n if I come across as a basher n not as some one giving a constructive criticism of the show, so be it. I cannot accept everything that is being shown under the guise of creative liberties.
Obviously I have not watched the show coz I really cannot see the adjustments made to lead characters , i.e. Both Ishita and Raman to accommodate a side character. If CV's want to justify this side character as an important character in the show, they have failed to do so. So far he doesn't look like somebody who is proving to be a catalyst in Ishra story suddenly if the CV's have a 360 degree turnaround for the character n show that he was just trying to get Ishra closer, it will not work for me at least as an audience.
First things First - ishita should open her mouth n tell Raman that his insensitive remarks and taunts hurt her. 🥱 She goes on to say that I love Ravan Kumar and when he apologizes for his mistakes like he did when said her tumhe ghar se Nikal dunga - she empathizes with him and says its ok no need to be sorry n all. Y didn't she say that she is hurt with his taunts and he needs to mellow it down?
Secondly Mani showing a mirror to Raman - well ya I agree somebody should say that Raman needs to check his anger and his tongue. I agree to this point, but Mani saying it after just 1 - 2 instances and without consulting Ishita is wrong. He has no right to say that Raman is a failure in his marriage when both Ishra have never really bothered working this marriage out. Ishita does a lot for the family of her husband for Ruhi, but has she ever bothered to talk to Raman about y is he angry all the time, what is it that can be done so that he can mellow down? Yes Raman has been insensitive towards her, but clearly Ishita has also not worked for this marriage. I have rarely seen her showing rights on Raman as her husband coz she thinks that he will only love Shagun.
And finally - Raman trying to prove that he is a better husband and showing Mani that he can be a better husband to ishita is completely uncalled for. Firstly internet will give u information of things but can't give u knowledge. What is going on inside Ishita's head only Ishita will be able to tell no internet can help u decipher this. Clearly Raman shud spend more time with Ishita than his laptop for working this relationship out. That is if he wants to work his relationship out, but looking at today's episode it looked like he wants to prove his worth to some person who challenged him that he is a failure.
Only thing both Ishra needed was to TALK. Talk out ur differences work on ur relationship. U don't need another person giving u lectures on how to be a good husband or how to be a good wife, u just need to work out how to be good together for that these two need to talk. But CV's r hell bent to show that these two will not talk and communicate through other people, no wonder these two r bound to have trust issues.
Where is the realization in Raman that he needs his JKR? Where is the realization in Ishita that she is falling in "pya" with her Raman?
All this looks to me like a clear butchering of characters and compromise in storyline to justify another side characters presence in the show. Well done 😊 I guess I should forget about Ishra story now.
