SCENES OF THE WEEK

LETTING GO

In one of the most poignant scenes of the past two weeks, we see Sanam helping Aahil through his past by writing the things that burden him on balloons and setting them free. Aahil though resistant at first soon gives in and frees himself of all the pain and suffering he has been living with as Sanam supports him. It was a truly heart-rending moment as we see Sanam understanding Aahil more than he would've probably expected and doing anything she could to ease his pain.

THE TRUTH IS OUT

As soon as their budding romance starts, it fizzles out into heartbreak brought on by lies and betrayal as Rehaan discovers Seher/Sunehri's truth. In a truly heartbreaking scene, Rehaan proposes to Sunehri when the police comes interrupting and says that Sunehri is a thief and she confirms his worst fear. She also reveals that she had initially intended to steal from him to. Rehaan resolved to send her to jail but changes his mind by paying off the jeweler whom she robbed and asking him to drop the charges. With his heart broken again and his trust shattered, Rehaan asks Sunehri to go away from his life and leaves while she is shattered and inconsolable.

CHARACTER OF THE WEEK

SANAM RAZA IBRAHIM

For more than just fulfilling her duties as a wife, for more than just helping Aahil through his suffering, Sanam is our character of the week because she doesn't cower to Tanveer's demands. She stands up to her and tells her what she thinks of her and her motives for wanting Sanam to hastily sign the property papers. She resolves to investigate the truth behind the nawab's death and prolong her time in the house in order to do so.

RATING OF THE WEEK

As Qubool Hai continue to produce storylines that hook you line and sinker even when you want to hate it, even when you lament some of the things these characters do, these past two weeks have continue to keep us hooked in whether it was Sanam and Aahil's and Rehaan and Sunehri's drunken antics after some pie and bhaang or the more emotional scenes of Rehan confessing his love and Sanam being there for Aahil or the fact that Rahat is going to marry Haya just so Faiz can get her back, the show has not been short on drama. 7/10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Rahat - Haya moment of the week

"Will you marry me?" Every girls dream come true. This scene was beautiful. No other word that beautiful can describe this heart wrenching scene. Rahat distraught, shattered and heart broken At the demand his brother Faiz had made. Asking him to marry the girl he had loved with all his soul and leaving her after much difficulty only to leave her once again. Quite an immature demand from Faiz but nonetheless; it resulted in a beautiful Rahat-Haya moment. Haya overwhelmed at the proposal unaware of what Rahat is going through. Tears of joy and happiness streaming down Haya's face from her orbs while tears of pain and disappointment flowed from Rahat's eyes. Haya wanting to hear the proposal over and over again made the scene a treat to watch. A passionate hug is shared between the love birds who were reunited after what felt like eternity even though the situation is tense. Haya accepts the proposal with a new ray of hope in her life. Here's wishing them a happily married life ahead!

Best dressed of the week!

Best dressed of the week is Sunehri! That outfit she wore at the end of the week stole it for me! So chic! The jean jacket merged with the black shirt was a good combination! And to top it off the gold accessory looked perfect! And the hair and makeup was pretty fab.

Worst dressed of the week!

I would've gone with Razia and her mismatched clothing, but I don't think that's going to improve. So I'm going to say Sanam! She needs a change in that wadrobe. I mean come on! She's the nawab's wife! The cream, yellow , white and red outfits I'm tired of. Although the sari was a good change!

I demand more change in her daily routine!
