What Gautam did wasn't right so everyone's nomination was justified. But how they are treating him is not justified.

My Question to Karishma:

According to you, calling someone bai on national television is respectful? If not, should we ask for you disqualification too?

are you trying to use women card when you yourself call other women as saali, and bai and use tapori language, and dont stand for shonali when arya questioned her character ?
