Yeah she's a very good actress. And today they also showed the woman Tai ammi, the one she always wants to upstage. I saw her in Mere Qatil mere Dildar. She played a vamp in that one too but her acting was so good in that one.

"Bilquis Kaur" is a drama about a Sikh woman who has run away with a Muslim man, Iqbal bhatti and has settled in America. She has four children who are Punjabi Americans, and two daughters-in-law.Bilqees Kaur is a tough and simple woman, who eventually admits her mistakes and regrets what she has done in her past. She is a very dominating mother who is not comfortable with her children doing things the way they want to. Her ego overshadows everyone else's decisions at home as she goes by the "my house, my rules" principle. Bushra Ansari won our hearts as Bilquis and the story had some very interesting twists and turns. An interesting twist to the tale is that in spite of her attempts to keep her children under control, her daughter runs away with a boy just as she did many years ago.another interesting track in the story is bilquis s younger son marry a rebellious Pakistani girl(sayra yousaf).

I think more than Ahsan and Syra, I was surprised by Kashif Mehmood and Sadia imam's performances [Bilquees's elder son and daughter-in-law]. But there's no denying that everyone did a great job in this serial. One of my favorites to come from Hum.

Kashif Mehmood is one of the best Pakistani actors ever.Just bloody brilliant.Way better than most that we see today.

I loved him in Aashiyana 😆 "Narmeen meri jurabein nahin mil rahin"..
