Guys as we know rehan aliya marriage will not be halala nikah.And if rehan gives divorce to aliya before consummation how long will be the idah period?i have read that if divorce happens without consummation there is no idah period for woman.she can marry again without any waiting period.i m not sure.can someone throw light on it.
