Ridiculous

Ok, so I am finding Abhi's supposedly funny threats to Pragya not funny at all. That scene with the apple and knife? NOT funny.

Abhi's words are very mean. But he talks just like that. Not only he talks of killing her but also talks of her killing him. So, not much meaning to his words! He is OTT.

It's ridiculous that in all the effort to hide the truth from Daadi, he is openly with Tanu. In the real world, fans would click pics and post them everywhere. So it's stupid that he doesn't have the fear that news will go back to Daadi somehow.

I mean to say Abhi doesn't want to rudely say anything to Daadi but given another occasion he finds to get rid of Pragya, he will do his best to tell Daadi again how he so doesn't want her.

Tia after telling dadi he does not want to live with her...he goes and hugs her in the hospital and shakes hands with acting that hes firgiven her fir the Aliya Purab Bulbul fiasco.

Tia hehasnt told dadi the real truth why he married Pragya in the first place, he didnt tell dadi he spent his first night of marriage with Tanu or that hes still havibg an affaur with her...hes hiding all of this from dadi...thus wouldn't he worry about his kissing Tanu publicly, pic being seenby dadi...etc. if hes so honest and does not care about dadi why hide Tanu and his relatiionship from dadi

abhi is a disappointment...
I know tannu is gf and all...but when you are at public...surrounded by cameras...there is certain limits...especially when you are a celebrity and married...

he is angry purab cheated aaliya for BB...but isn't he doing the same cheating dadi...who has lots of expectations from him...

he is digging his own grave ..dadi is strong...I agree regarding Puliya issue...but when she comes to know abt Taabhi-pragya issue...she is sure to suffer an attack...I am forseeing abhi being disown by dadi...for breaking her trust and heart...

he claims that purab has broken his...dadi...aaliya's trust...but he doesn't realise...he is doing the same too...even worst...at least in purab's issue...lives are spared from being spoilt but in abhi's issue...pragya's life has been spoilt (currently)

I agree with you TM. Abhi is just a loser, maybe worth something as a comic character but nothing much else, definitely no integrity or honesty. As for Pragya, if she is indeed falling for him, I am disappointed as well, more fool her.

I'm failing to see how they will ever redeem Abhi satisfyingly. The Pragya character is problematic now as well but it's easy to move past issues of weakness and passivity if a character starts making smarter, stronger active moves. You can chalk it up to temporary motivation problems.


How do you redeem a character who commits hypocrisy and emotional abuse on an hourly (soap timing), if not minutely, basis? Especially now when the truth has been laid out for him to see. I feel uncomfortable thinking Abhi's character is likely going to receive an insta-redemption with Pragya's assistance. Everything he did will be swept away once he falls in love. Quite frankly, the audience deserves better after watching Abhi acting like a jerk in almost every episode.

Yeah, Abhi is becoming more and more irredeemable. They have turned AbhiGya into a relationship of unequals- it always seems like Pragya is the one who tries to think rationally while he has sent his brains on vacation. 😡
Haha, you are right about the insta-redemption. Tannu gets all the flak from Pragya for TaBhi while Abhi does and will walk scot free. This is a big problem of mine- the male lead gets forgiven for his mistakes in a jiffy without even apologising for it, while the women have to face long walks of shame. Look at how Pragya is suffering for no mistake of hers.. Tannu will suffer (off-screen, of course) after Abhi ejects her from his life. Something tells me that this ejection will be very unsavoury- with Abhi lambasting Tannu left right and centre, then turning around and telling Pragya how much he has misunderstood her. Wow, easy way out or what?
Why are the writers treating Abhi like a child who doesn't know right from wrong? He is being made out to be an innocent bystander who is too naive to understand the machinations of two evil women 🤢. Really, we are supposed to believe that the guy who has made crores as a rock star and navigated the cutthroat entertainment industry is so stupid. HA.

Yeah, I fail to understand how and why Pragya is falling for Abhi. Maybe it's the romance of being screamed at in Abhi's dulcet tones or the truly moving manhandling that gets her. Beats me, people. There are no character traits he is currently displaying which are worthy of being in love with.
How is it that she can ignore 95% of the bad he does and focus on the 5% good, while Abhi can't see the 80% good that she does while focusing on the imaginary 20%?
If anything, Abhi should be falling for her patience and tolerance of him.
