After reading RT's chat transcript, I was scrolling through the other transcripts when I came across Jas Arora's chat transcript ! There he talks about his role in PRC, but it is an old chat - but do check it out.

Scroll down RT's chat transcript page - at the end is written more chat - click on that, and at the end, or towards the end of the page that appears - there you will find it.
