DEK, Discussion going on, on whether to abolish jazia or not, ruqu says that jalu should not abolish it, jodha thus came forward n offers to pay jazia on behalf of the babies as they are hindu being born to her, ruqu objects saying that one of the baby belong to her so no jazia for him, jalu says that they were born to a hindu mother so they are hindu right now when they get big n mature enough to understand n wants to accept islam they can choose it n follow it but right now jazia will be paid on their behalf, Ruku then urges jalal to convert them to Islam, But jalu tells them that just for avoiding jazia no one would be converted. Ruku then suggests jalal to change the rule. Jalal is happy that ruku understood him.
Jalu thus declare that from now their will be no jazia, the maulvis objects that it will effect treasury, mahesh das ask to answer this, he explains that he has checked they have spent more money on these revolts rather than on army, if they abolish jazia, the large hindu maas will not revolt thus thy dnt need army for this sector, they can only concentrate on borders n in future it will be beneficial for treasury, todarmal supports this, maulvies says that stil they can't count both religion as similar, MD says that both religion says one thing that king is god's shadow so their's no difference, all agrees.
Jodha was playing with kids, jalu came n both starts giving credits to each other for this new rule, n then jodha says that real credit goes to MD, she starts appreciating him more n more, jalu felt jealous n says that he came to talk about themselves not about him, he want to leave but jodha stops him n then both share a good moment. The kids start crying both Jo and Jalal hold one child in their arms and pacify the kids. Jodha calms the baby easily but Jalal is not able to pacify the baby. Jodha then takes the other baby from Jalal and calm that baby too.
MD in his room, his wife was flauting on her new dress,she'is very happy with shehenshah for that beautiful living space and he praises her, he discusses shehenshah's difficult problems that he had solved.
Next scene, ruqu came to visit hamida, as she finished her prayer, ruqu says that its time she should het her baby, hamida says hat they are very small n are premature so need a l'il more attention, but ruqu fears that wat if the baby get used to witth jodha n also jodha gets attached to babies, hamida try to make her understand but ruqu was determined, jalu overhears that.
Other side, Jodha was playing with babies, she was really happy, jalu came to her, he was tensed n upset, jodha saw that n ask n jalu says that she should not forget that 1 baby belong to ruqu, jodha gets emo, jalu says that he has warned her before, she hugs him, ruqu came at the same moment n ask for the baby, jodha hugs the baby n gave him to ruqu.
Jodha is heart broken and weeps. Jalal hugs her and pacifies her. He lovingly tells her that she had done something no other mother could do.
Precap: In DEK ruku declares that hussain was her baby and she would employ a dai ma for him . Jodha offers to become his dai maa. Ruku declines jodha's offer stating that the baby belonged to her now and she would decide for him and she would never let jodha become his dai maa or have any claims on her baby. Jodha is shocked at ruku's ruthlessness. So are the entire royal family
